Sant Nicolas de Bujaruelo to Refuge de Goriz

Today’s walk was into the Odessa valley lined by magnificent mountains.

I walked along the valley road in order to concentrate on the scenery rather than where I was putting my feet.

The road leads to a picnic area for tourists which marks the beginning of the route into the Odessa gorge.

Once again this day ended with a very kind person finding a space for me in the full refuge. This time sleeping in a room with a French trekking group and sharing dinner with an international group of mountain lovers.
